Sitting in the flow of Chadstone’s Market Pavilion, the design wraps the space in a continuous curve of timber battens and crisp white tiling. Bold enough to stop you mid-stride. Approachable enough to keep you there.
The stepped seating does double duty as sculpture and people-watching perch, because waiting for a bagel should never be boring.
Overhead, softly curved polycarbonate cladding diffuses light into a warm glow that says “come in” without having to try too hard.
Inside, stainless steel, natural timber and bright blue accents keep things clean, efficient and unmistakably Hank’s.
Fresh, a little cheeky, and very difficult to walk past.
