BRIGHTON HOUSE
From the street, a perfectly preserved Victorian cottage, lacework veranda, picket fence, the works. Step inside and the story takes a very different turn.
Brighton House is a study in contrast: heritage bones embraced and celebrated, paired with a contemporary rear extension that is confident, considered and quietly spectacular.
The living spaces are where the magic happens. A dusky pink sofa, bold abstract art, a sage green kitchen with porcelain benchtops and rich timber joinery - every room has a point of view without shouting about it.

Curved forms appear throughout, from the sweeping deck edge to the armchairs, softening the contemporary lines and tying the spaces together with an ease that looks effortless
Bedrooms are calm and uncluttered, bathrooms are clean and tactile with vertical subway tiles and warm timber vanities, and the rear deck opens the living spaces to as un-drenched outdoor dining area that makes the whole home feel twice the size.
Old meets new, and neither one blinks.
